OUR TEAM
Peter Gajdos
Peter has been a friendly face at Knibbe Automotive since 2018. Born and raised in Calgary, he loves the city and mountains equally. He has a lovely wife and is a proud ‘girl dad’ to two beautiful daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey, snowboarding, and spending quality time with his family in the mountains. A true Toyota enthusiast, be prepared to have him talk your ear off if the subject ever comes up.
Kylie Law
Kylie is our tire expert and the man to see when you need tires or rims – whether for looks or function, or ideally both! When Kylie is not matching customers with their perfect tires, he is spending time with his family, or hanging out in his incredible Man Cave that is filled with thousands of toy cars he started collecting during Covid. He used to be a professional snowboarder and still loves taking his skateboard out when he has the chance.
Clayton Hubschmidt
Every automotive shop needs a “small engine whisperer,” and Clayton is ours! He might spend his days advising on car repairs, but he is legendary for his ability to fix any snowblower that comes his way. Clayton is a family man who loves spending time with his two daughters and appreciates a good steak and a beer. His dream is to be a rancher—specifically goats, because he’s definitely not a cow guy, unless it’s on his plate.
Mike Couillard
Mike is a new transplant to the Cochrane store and is excited to be working so close to home now! A local Cochrane boy, he loves camping with his wife and 2 young kids and taking them biking whenever possible. Mike is a star player on his Beer Hockey League hockey team and like all good service writers loves cars. His perfect car is definitely a Porsche.
Joe Fortier
As our newest service advisor, Joe brings a wealth of car enthusiasm to the team. He loves old cars, but has a real soft spot for a Buick Regal. He’s a regular at car expos with his own 900 HP Hellcat and loves a good trip to Vegas. When he’s not immersed in the automotive world, he’s seeking adventure in nature; he’s even stood beside the world’s largest tree in Sequoia National Park. We’re happy to have him on board!
